English, being the language of science, technology, globalisation, the Internet, research and anything progressive or transnational, quality time must be devoted to learning its subtle aspects. To be good at English means one has to be good at lexical resource, pronunciation, spelling and the much needed grammatical range and accuracy. In addition to all these, to score a high band in these exams, candidates have to broaden their horizons in developing a global perspective since all these exams are global and their syllabi are not confined to any national frontiers.
